Neil Young & the Bluenotes

Of course Neil Young has done a swing album (he called it “the dawn of power swing” ), he has done all different kinds of music. This album came out 10 years ago, long before the current swing craze. Do you remember the title song and video showing Neil’s hate for big sponsors? This album didn’t get treated very well by the critics, I wonder if it would get different reviews now that this stuff is so popular. I love the album, but then again Neil is one of my gods. I have seen Neil live 5 times and have a bunch of his albums. I will be including more Neil in the Rock section.
