Al Stewart w/ Laurence Juber

Al Stewart is best known for  the title songs of his 70s albums Year of the Cat and Time Passages. While these were pop radio hits, Al has done a lot of different music. The highlights are beautiful 6 and 12 string guitars, Al’s sense of humour, and the historical perspective of a lot of the music. Between the Wars concentrates on music stylings and subject matter of the era between the 1st and 2nd World Wars. Both Al and Laurence Juber’s guitar work is superb. I will be including more of Al’s work in the rock category.
